Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to product or service availability.
If we are unable to process your order for any reason, we will notify you and issue a refund where applicable.
Payments must be made through our secure online payment options available on the website.
Once processing of your order has begun, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted.
Prices & Information
All prices listed on the website include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We strive to provide accurate product and service information. However, if any pricing or information error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or update the order with prior notice.
Food Quality Responsibility
The Away Kitchen, an entity of Tasty Treasures Pvt. Ltd., provides dehydration services based on the food provided by the customer.
We are not responsible for improper dehydration results if the food supplied is of poor quality, including but not limited to:
Excess oil, ghee, or butter
Spoiled or contaminated food
Improperly prepared food items
Processing Time
Standard processing time is 4–5 business days, depending on the volume and type of food provided. Processing timelines may vary during peak periods.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery charges will be shown during checkout and courier charges are extra where applicable.
We recommend self pick-up whenever possible. Porter services may be arranged but are subject to availability.
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
The Away Kitchen is not liable for delays, loss, or damage during transit when using third-party logistics providers, including but not limited to FedEx, UPS, DHL, porter services, or other courier partners.
Collection & Responsibility
Any concerns regarding the processed food must be reported within 24 hours of collection for review.
Once the dehydrated food is handed over or delivered, it becomes the customer’s responsibility.
Improper storage, resealing, or handling of packets after delivery voids any responsibility on our part. Please refer to the packet instructions for storage details.
International Orders
For cross-border transactions, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or regulatory charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Cancellations & Returns
Orders may be cancelled only before processing begins.
Once the processing or delivery has started, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Liability
